The rooms were very nice and comfortable for our stay, but cleanliness could be improved as we found some left garbage. My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, giving me a feeling of a 1970's time warp, although it was a bit loud at times but nothing too bothersome. The service was top-notch with very polite, professional, and helpful staff, especially Rashida who provided me with great guidance and assistance. The location was perfect for my needs, right in the middle of Laval city with easy access to restaurants and the mall, although the large industrial area and nearby motorways weren't the most appealing. The dining experience was really welcoming, but I never ordered any meals inside the restaurant. Additional fees for certain services felt unnecessary and unfriendly considering the room rates and location in Canada with a pool inside.
